Frequently Asked Questions

1.  How do I place an order?
Bartman Crystal Classics products are available through promotional products distributors. You can find a listing of local distributors under 'Advertising-Promotional Products & Services' in the yellow pages. Reference asi #47748 and/or PPAI #157362 when you call.

2.   How do I get a catalog?
Contact your promotional products distributor or click here to request a catalog online here on our website.

3.  Will Bartman Crystal Classics etch products that I supply?
Yes. Please contact our customer service department.

4.  What if I don't find the item I want in your catalog?
If you have an idea that is not shown in the catalog, please contact Customer Service so we can help you find something special. We have thousands of products available that don't appear in the catalog.

5.  How do I send art?
Electronic artwork can be provided on 3½" floppy, Zip, CD or DVD. Artwork can also be emailed to dana@bartmancrystal.com. When emailing artwork, please be sure to reference your purchase order number so we can correctly match your art to your order.

  • We are currently using Adobe Illustrator version 10 for PC. We prefer original vector (line) drawing files of artwork (for example Adobe Illustrator .ai or .eps files) or Corel Draw files converted to .ai or .eps.
     

  • Please INCLUDE or OUTLINE all fonts before sending.

If the artwork submitted is not suitable for etching, we can perform the necessary cleanup at a rate of $50.00 (V) per hour to bring the art up to the proper quality.

6.  Can I get a paper proof?
Yes. Bartman Crystal Classics provides paper proofs at no charge.

7.  Can I get a sample?
Yes. We will send any sample on a 30-day memo bill. We will credit the invoice when the sample is returned. Please reference the RA# included with your sample or contact Customer Service if you need an RA#.

We send random etched sample unless you request otherwise.

8.  Can I get a spec sample?
Yes. We will etch a sample with your client's logo at no charge. The invoice will be credited if the sample is returned within 30 days. Setup charges will be added to the order when and if you receive an order from your client.

9.  How are your products packaged?
Various packaging is used depending on the Product, ranging from white mailers, gift boxes, presentation boxes or bulk packaging. Please consult the catalog for the item of interest. Page 74 of the catalog show the Bartman Crystal Classics presentation packaging.

10. Can your products be colored or painted?
Transparent color fill is priced per color, per piece, per side and is available on most Bartman Crystal Classics awards and gifts (see page 74 of the catalog for available colors). Gold and silver color fill is also available. Please contact Customer Service before placing an order to be sure that the item you have selected is available for painting or color fill.

11. What is the etch area?
The etch area varies depending upon the item. Please consult the catalog for the item of interest.

12. What is production time?
Production time varies depending on the item and the number of pieces ordered. Typical production time is 7-10 days. We will make every effort to accommodate a quicker turn-around if requested. Rush charges may apply during busier times of the year.

13. How is your product shipped?
We ship ground unless otherwise instructed. Large orders are shipped via common carrier. Shipping is typically prepaid and added to the invoice.

14. Will you drop ship?
Yes. Add $5.00 (V) per address. Address should be provided in an Excel spreadsheet. Please contact Customer Service for the desired format.
